We ship from the United States to the United States only. We ship with USPS but may occasionally ship with UPS or another company if there are issues with USPS. We do not charge customers a shipping fee 🙂

Return Policy:

We do not allow or accept returns on this product. If you have an issue with your order, shipment, USB drive, etc., please contact support and we would be more than happy to help.

Drop-shipping Notice:

We welcome drop-shipping orders; however, to comply with anti-fraud regulations, all payments must be made using the account holder’s own payment credentials. While you may enter your customer’s name and address for shipping purposes, you are strictly prohibited from using a third party’s (your customer’s) credit card or payment account to fund an order. All transactions between you and your customers are independent of DeployKey.

If you are drop-shipping, you are required to offer your own support.

If you are drop-shipping, make sure to select “No Branding” or “Custom Branding” in the dropdown menu. Please keep in mind that choosing “No Branding” will ensure that DeployKey’s name and logo are removed from the template but will still include the help.deploykey.com link and QR Code. Custom Branding requires a $5 flat fee. If you choose the “Custom Branding” option, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and your custom Thank You PDF. We will print out this PDF and include it in the bubble mailer along with the USB Drive. Please follow the requirements below when creating your own PDF:

• Thank you page must be sent to us (DeployKey) in PDF format.
• PDF must be 8.5 x 11 inches.
• Must contain text to fill most of the page (e.g. “Thank you for your purchase” text).
• Must have instructions on how to use the flash drive to install Windows and how to activate using the license key.

**PDF may be denied for any reason. If it is, we will let you know why and allow you to fix it.**

System Requirements & Compatibility

Before purchasing, please ensure your hardware meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11 Pro. To install this operating system, your device must have a compatible 64-bit processor (1 GHz or faster with 2 or more cores), at least 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of available storage. Crucially, your system must support UEFI, Secure Boot capable, and feature a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0. If you are unsure if your hardware is compatible, we recommend downloading the PC Health Check app from the official Microsoft website prior to placing your order.

Installation Support & Digital Delivery

The included 32GB USB 3.1 Flash Drive comes pre-configured to assist you with a clean installation or an upgrade process. While the physical drive is shipped via USPS, please note that the activation key is a permanent retail license intended for use on a single machine. In the event of hardware failure or a motherboard replacement, retail licenses offer more flexibility than OEM licenses for reactivation. If you encounter any “Invalid Key” errors during the activation process, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and that the version of Windows installed matches the “Pro” edition of your license. Our support team is available to assist with any technical hurdles regarding the USB media or the activation of your software key.
